Shuijingfang Brewing Technique

 Originated in the late Yuan Dynasty and passing through the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the Shuijingfang brewery has a history of more than 600 years.The brewery was located at todays Shuijing Street in Chengdu by the Jinjiang River.
  The discovery and unearthing of the ruins of the ancient Shuijingfang liquor brewery helped to disclose the technological secrets of the Chinese liquor.The yeasts for the Shuijingfang liquor include peach blossom yeast,Fu yeast,and Chen yeast.The Sichuan Quanxing Company limited has been protecting and conducting scientific research of the ruins,and has,by combining the research fruits with modern brewing technologies,produced a new series of liquor products that are "rich without being gaudy and elegant without being bland".
  The Shuijingfang brewing technique has made a striking contribution to the development of the traditional technology and product styles of the Chinese liquors.
